Right up there with 1984 is 1986. Number of albums bounces back. Obviously I'm skipping and missing some on all these playlists, but these are the most important ones to me. These are the albums that fit into my history and my pop/rock/metal genres of preferences. 1986 is a new Van Halen, Eddie Money's top year, the emergence of Bon Jovi as a #1 band, and the debut of many new solo artists like Tracy Chapman and Bruce Hornsby.
