1982 was a little dip in quantity, though the quality was superb, but 1983 was a powerful year for quality pop music. The compositions were intense. "Running with the Night" I mean, come on! Michael Jackson. Elton John. David Bowie. Billy Idol. So many greats put out peak work this year.
