Shirock

Chuck Shirock has a Bono-like voice with the style of the best pop stars of the 80s. Think Phil Collins and Michael Jackson. The first three songs on this playlist are just so exceptional. Play them loud in the car and you get that "In the Air Tonight" feel. Half way through the list, the songs move from C Shirock (his recent solo work) into Shirock (his previous band). The band tracks from the album Everything Burns features "Man Inside" a powerhouse track that was featured on the Canadian cop show Flashpoint. That's where I found this gem of an artist. I hope he's going to keep making his art because as you can see from the newer tracks he's only getting better!
