So this one's not a playlist; it's an album resequenced. Not the first, not the last.
OU812 is an awesome album, but the sequence of tracks always bothered me.
I kept Mine all Mine as the number one spot, but instead of putting the most commercial song in the number two spot, I saved it for later, for side two. All of Side A on my version ends up being the non commercial heavier songs. "Source of Infection" is something that could've been right out of the Roth early years, but it was lost in the shuffle at the end of the first side (of the cassette) or right in the middle of the CD. I put the three "love-song-singles" on side B (or toward the end of the CD). I guess it's just my personality. I like to get all the crazy stuff out of the way first. At the end of the night it's time to relax.
Nevertheless, OU812 is one of my favorite Van Halen albums.
