Here's a fun playlist of Beatles covers. I find that some of the R & B soul covers are some of the best ones, starting with Diana Ross. Elvis did some of the best Beatles covers ever; he really made them his own in the Elvis style. Not a big fan of Motley Crue, but wow, their version of Helter Skelter rocks. I wish they sounded more like that all the time. John Denver closes out this playlist with some of the tracks he did; he's probably got a whole albums worth of gentle Beatles covers.
