There is one more soundtrack for one more novel, my sequel Highway Zero. The ebook is actually a musical ebook with embedded links to songs. The Apple ebook is routed to Apple, while others are routed to Spotify. This soundtrack has 40 songs, thematically divided into four groups of ten. You'll notice the middle two groups, tracks 11-30, are representative of the conflict and range from feelings of depression "Grey" to hopelessness "So Far Away" to hope "Until I Wake Up." This is a road trip novel so there are great road trip tunes on here like "Road Trippin'" by RHCP, "Late Nite Radio" by David Gray, "Hit the Road Jack" by Ray Charles, "Between" by Jerry Cantrell. The final five songs show up in the story as karaoke for my character. Like the Punk & Professor soundtrack, there is a rise and fall and rise structure with a variety of emotions, but they all mean a great deal to me. Listening to day one and two, you already know my character Jack, and me too!
